Our innovative GPPS-Recycled product line introduces a sustainable solution in polymer engineering—specifically engineered from benzene permeable diffusion plate crushed material. This high-performance recycled polystyrene (GPPS) is ideal for applications demanding both environmental responsibility and mechanical resilience. By leveraging advanced recycling techniques, we transform post-industrial diffusion plates into a refined feedstock that maintains the core properties of virgin GPPS while significantly reducing carbon footprint. Whether used in automotive components, consumer goods, or industrial packaging, this material offers a compelling alternative to conventional plastics.
Key characteristics include enhanced impact resistance, consistent melt flow index, and improved thermal stability—all critical attributes for injection molding and extrusion processes. The material undergoes rigorous purification to remove contaminants, ensuring compatibility with existing manufacturing systems. Its modified toughening formulation allows for better stress distribution, making it suitable for applications where durability under dynamic loads is essential. As part of our commitment to circular economy principles, this product supports waste reduction by repurposing discarded diffusion plates that would otherwise end up in landfills.
